We will soon be approaching the 14th September which would have been Amys 31st birthday and will also be the Amy Winehouse Foundation’s 3rd birthday. After the success of last year’s #Amys30 events and the overwhelming support we received from fans & supporters all over the world, we thought it would be nice to mark this very special occasion again this year.
We would love you to organise a fundraising event over the weekend of 12th-14th September to mark the occasion to raise money for AWF’s valuable work. Your support helps us to continue our work to prevent the effects of drug and alcohol misuse on young people and help the most vulnerable to reach their full potential.
You could hold a gig, a bake sale, a sporting event or anything else you can think of that will help raise funds… and have a lot of fun at the same time!
Please post photos of your event using the hashtag #AWFis3 on our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and at the end of September we will send an Amy Winehouse Foundation goody bag to the person or group with the best photo!
